Our Story
We’ve been married since 2007 and have 3 children Hunter, Remington, and Lendlee—you’ll find plans named after them!
The beginning of our journey starts with Paul’s career in law enforcement where he had the flexibility to remodel on his days off and learn what he knows today about construction. As a family we moved a lot, lived in construction zones, and gave up plenty in order to get to where we are.
After moving 8 times in 6 years we finally found ourselves living in what you know as the Mad County Build named after Madison County, Iowa. It’s the same Madison County with the iconic covered bridges.
